So I saw this in a camping store last weekend…
At first sight I thought, “Ha! That is ridiculous! Like one of those crazy snuggy things you see on TV”. Then I thought ‘Hold on Stevie….you could do with a one size fits all [giants] overall! And when last did you say no to pants with booties??’ *Hangs head in shame*
Anyway, I took the photo and laughed at it later that night.
THEN….
Last night I saw THIS…
Now, I thought snuggies were for in-door purposes only. And you may look at this picture and have a little chortle whilst thinking, in the voice of Old Man River, “These kids are crazy!” for, I assure you, so did I!
But perhaps we are too quick to judge? It IS cold….those little onesies ARE comfy.
Perhaps I am the one who should be laughed at in my two-piece attire composed of separates?!
Here in Alaska, the water swirls down the drain in the other direction and the cars drive on the wrong side of the road. Who am I to say ‘You may not wear over-sized-baby-clothes/PJs/at-home-hung-over-on-a-Sunday attire.
It is a new day, the world is changing…and I must change with it.
I’ll post pictures of my new snugg….I mean, outfit for Saturday night.
